At the end of the trailer for » Thor 4: Love And Thunder » follows the obligatory gag, this time involving the bare bottom of the hero, played again by Chris Hemsworth . But it’s not the scene that most MCU fans are talking about. A short action scene involving Jane ( Natalie Portman ) and the hammer Mjölnir she wields ensures the greatest ecstasy .
As is well known, Mjölnir was destroyed by Hela ( Cate Blanchett ) in » Thor 3: Day of Decision » — and shattered into many small fragments. Jane somehow managed to put the hammer back together. But the cracks are still clearly visible — and the splinters also have a meaning.
Because as a short action scene makes clear, Jane can send these fragments individually to eliminate various opponents — and then the hammer is put back together again. Fans are celebrating this move on Twitter.

The hammer is just one of the many mysteries surrounding Jane’s return. How did she become Thor? Where has she been for so long? Might we even see two different versions of Jane in the trailer?
