In Paradise Cove, Knox Bannett ( Todd Grinnell ) and his wife Tracy ( Mena Suvari ) inherit a poorly renovated but beautifully situated home on Malibu Beach — home of Los Angeles’ rich and famous. The couple is thrilled and plans to refurbish the building so they can sell it for millions.
The repairs are already in full swing when the duo realizes that they are not the only ones living in the home. Bree ( Kristin Bauer ) , obviously not sane, has nested under the house . The homeless ex-model is now trying to evict the couple by any means necessary. The psychopath does not stop at threats, damage to property and not even massive bodily harm…
