The Marvel Cinematic Universe is not only getting bigger and more varied on the big screen and television screens. The MCU is also growing continuously on the home cinema shelf — not only because of the constant supply of fresh films, but also because previous titles from the mammoth franchise are constantly being reissued. The limited steel book editions with designs from the famous artist forge Mondo are particularly popular with fans with a passion for collecting .
Various Marvel blockbusters have already made it into home cinemas in this striking look – and now two of the cornerstones of the popular film series are being added: From August 26, 2022, there will be “ Iron Man ” and “ Iron Man 2 ” in stylish limited editions . The Mondo Steelbooks include the film on both standard Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray.

While home cinema releases based around the Marvel Cinematic Universe are mostly handled by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, Leonine Studios distributes the «Iron Man» films due to an old license deal.
In terms of content, the Mondo Steelbooks will be identical to the earlier standard releases of the Tony Stark stories — they will therefore feature the powerful German soundtracks in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 format that are so valued by sound-loving fans. So it’s worth dusting off the soundbar again.
