From 2009 to 2019, » Avatar » was the highest-grossing film of all time, then was briefly ousted by «Avengers: Endgame» and finally regained the top spot thanks to a re-release in China in early 2021. Another performance is now pending — and this time also in Germany: Disney is bringing «Avatar» to the cinema again on September 22, 2022.
