Mormons Ron and Dan Lafferty (played by Sam Worthington and Wyatt Russell on the series ) in 1984. The two killers claimed to have acted on behalf of God when they killed their sister-in-law ( Daisy Edgar-Jones ) and their 15-month-old daughter.
